Self-collection is a feature implemented on since year of 2020 that allows our buyers to purchase online and retrieve their orders at our available physical store. Vsmash reserve the right to disable, remove or add self-collection location at any time without prior notice. There are two locations available for self-collection:

How to self-collect? 

Just simply select one of the location options upon checkout. The shipping fee will be automatically waived and the order will be recorded as self-collection order.

How fast can I collect my online order at any of your outlet?

The default lead time for self-collection purchase will be at least 24hours. It depends on the ordered item and our operation team workload as well. For example, if your order consists of 4-5 racquets that required stringing services, the processing time can be longer. Kindly note that minimum of 24 hours lead time just applicable to weekdays, excluding Saturday/Sunday. (Website processing cut off time will be at 12p.m, Saturday ) 

How can I collect my order in less then 24 hours timeframe if I urgently need it?
We do understand your urgency to get your badminton gears at the soonest time. In this case you can contact our customer support number @ 012-5688129/012-3799677 to request for it. It still subjects to management’s decision. However, please be noted that this is not applicable for any order that required stringing service, embroidery service, and printing service.

How can I get to know my order is ready for collection?
You will be notified by SMS once your order is ready for collection. So please ensure that you input your phone number correctly upon checkout.

Can I collect my order at specific date and time according to my own plan?
Provided that your collection time past the 24 hours lead time, you can always contact our customer support number @012-5688129/012-3799677 to inquiry about it, we will discuss whether we can fulfil your requirement. For example: You plan to collect your order right after 1 week.

What should I do when I received the SMS notification?
It means that your order is ready to collect. You can visit our physical store anytime at your convenience in between our business hour (10am-7pm, Monday – Sunday) to collect your badminton gears.

What are the things that I need to be aware for the entire self-collection process at physical store?
1. Be sure that you are complying to the latest SOP from our government before entering our store.
2. Save or screenshot the order invoice in your phone or prepare a hard copy to show our shop crew so that the verification and self-collection process can be shorten and more efficient.
3. Be sure that you double check the condition of your items and sign before leaving our shop. Vsmash do not take any responsibility on any defective complaints as soon as customer acknowledged and left our premise.

Can I send representative to collect on-behalf?
Yes, you may do so by informing our customer support before coming to collect. Remember to forward the order invoice to the representative as well so that he or she can show the shop crew
